Cancellation Policy

NSSC reserves the right to cancel this conference if there is insufficient enrollment. If this unlikely event were to occur, participants will notified as soon in advance as possible, and a full refund will be given. NSSC cannot be held responsible for any financial obligation incurred because of travel cancellations.

Refund Policy

Refunds of registration fees will be given when requested via email as follows: 75% when requested within 49 days of the start of the conference; 50% when requested within 30 days of the start of the conference; 25% when requested within 14 days of the start of the conference.
